Simon Martin is a results-driven commercial leader in hospitality sales and marketing. He led the C&E Hub for EVT Hotels & Resorts NZ, directing a remote team that supports 13 hotels across QT, Rydges, Atura and Independent Collection. Simon implemented the Hub, scaled the team from two to five, and delivered over NZD 8M annual revenue, improving conversion by 7% and repeat business by 22%, winning the EVT Elevate Award — Salesperson of the Year 2023. He previously founded Smart Marketing Services and held sales and marketing leadership roles at Amora Hotel Auckland, Talavera Retail and Westpac. Skilled in strategic planning, process improvement and relationship management, Simon is based in Auckland.
